CONNECTION At the heart of KELLA is a carefully vetted community of women in senior leadership, founders, executives, and portfolio career professionals who lead with the same weight of responsibility. A small percentage of applicants are accepted, because the depth of connection you’re looking for only happens when everyone in the room is operating at the same level. This is where the right people find each other, and where honesty replaces the small talk. It doesn’t stop when the room empties, either. An active platform and a WhatsApp group are there when you need them, not another drain on your time.

That commitment to value carries into how KELLA gathers. We blend virtual and in-person events, learning and social, so you can access what you need, when you need it. Challenge Clinics, Ask Labs, the KELLA Virtual Lunch, Socials, and Dinners run throughout the year.

WHY KELLA EXISTS The name KELLA comes from an old Irish word meaning “warrior.” It was co-founded by three women, Hannah, Caroline, and Gina, after a simple realisation. Most support out there was aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, start-up founders, and women on their leadership journey in industry, but nothing existed for the women who’d already climbed the ladder. The research showed something specific, connection at that level makes a measurable difference, so we talked to hundreds of women, and the answer kept coming back the same way. Connect them to each other, and they stay longer in the roles they’ve earned, backed by people who understand what that takes, and everyone benefits, the women and the businesses they lead.
KELLA is that answer, built from something we’d already lived ourselves.
