Women at senior levels have always found each other, quietly, informally, over coffee, in the gaps between meetings. But it’s unstructured, inconsistent, and not there when it’s needed most.
Hannah, Caroline & Gina built KELLA to make that support structured. The challenges for women at this level are the same regardless of role or industry. Not another networking event, but an actual home for it. Ongoing, not occasional, deliberate, not left to chance.
