The name KELLA comes from an old Irish word meaning “warrior.” It was co-founded by three women, Hannah, Caroline, and Gina, after a simple realisation. Most support out there was aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, start-up founders, and women on their leadership journey in industry, but nothing existed for the women who’d already climbed the ladder.

The research showed something specific, connection at that level makes a measurable difference, so we talked to hundreds of women, and the answer kept coming back the same way. Connect them to each other, and they stay longer in the roles they’ve earned, backed by people who understand what that takes, and everyone benefits, the women and the businesses they lead.
