About KELLA
What is KELLA?
KELLA is a private members’ collective for top leaders: executives, founders, investors and board directors. It connects experienced peers for candid counsel, shared learning and lasting relationships. Members meet in person, online and through the member dashboard. The collective continues between gatherings.
Why was KELLA formed?
KELLA began with three founders looking for peers who understood the decisions, responsibilities and ambitions that came with their experience. They built the collective they wanted to belong to.
Who is KELLA for?
Current and former executives, founders, investors, board directors and independent advisers who have built, led or governed at the highest levels and want to contribute to a collective of peers.
What are the requirements for membership?
Membership is by invitation, following a qualification process that considers experience, contribution and commitment to the collective.
Joining and founding membership
What does the application process involve?
- Share your name, email address and LinkedIn profile.
- KELLA runs its own internal screens against its membership criteria.
- A discovery call with the KELLA founders follows.
- On approval, select your membership and complete payment.
What is a Founding Member?
Founding Members join a chapter ahead of its public launch and help shape it from the start. Founding Members receive 50% off the Membership price for life, for as long as membership stays continuously active, and hold the full KELLA Global+ membership.
Does founding status change the membership criteria?
No. Founding Members meet the same criteria as every other Member, on joining and on an ongoing basis. Founding status is recognised at KELLA’s discretion.
Inclusion and conduct
What is KELLA’s commitment to inclusion?
KELLA welcomes anyone who identifies as a woman, regardless of age, ethnicity, race, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation or disability. The collective draws strength from different experiences, backgrounds and perspectives.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Confidentiality is a condition of membership, set out in the community guidelines every Member agrees to when they sign up. Members agree to keep shared information and conversations private.
What is KELLA’s non-solicitation policy?
Members agree not to solicit one another. Relationships may lead to business, but there is no expectation to buy, sell or make introductions. The purpose is peer exchange.
